A 90-minute workshop recording and workbook to help you to make sense of your baby or child’s temperament and sensory profile.

We will walk you through the nine temperament traits, highly sensitive children, ‘high needs’ babies, and everything in between.

We will go through some exercises together that will enable us to work out what sensory input our child seeks to avoid or seeks out - and some creative ways that we can help them meet their sensory needs throughout the day.

And of course, we will bring it all back to sleep!
