MAMA MATTERS
Other Loving Arms
A live Mama Matters workshop for you to get the lowdown on all things returning to work and starting childcare so you can ditch the overwhelm & #mumguilt and navigate this transition with confidence (so your child can feel confident, too).

During this workshop, you will learn:

Work through your childcare options and feel confident in your decision.
Not sure where to start in finding care for your child? Or perhaps you're not sure about your choice? We cover things to ask caregivers; red flags; pro's and con's of different settings and arrangements.

Learn how to prepare and settle your child for a smooth transition period.
We will come up with a transition plan for your child and you, considering your family's circumstances & your child's temperament. Feel good about building your child's attachment village and settle with confidence.

Nail the organisation game and strut back into the paid workforce.
This transition can feel daunting and overwhelming, I know - so you will get your mitts on some organisation hacks, some strategies to work on the mental load and division of labour!
